3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given at the moment you submit the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Analytics and remarketing cookies are used on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

Messages are retained only as long as necessary to handle the relevant inquiry and are deleted once the matter is resolved or after a maximum of 12 months, whichever comes first.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Request correction or erasure of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
