PROJECT 05 · Remote · Global
The Expat Suite
Digital platform and resource hub for expats and international professionals.

About this project
A resource platform built for people navigating the genuinely confusing process of relocating abroad — designed around clarity and speed rather than visual spectacle, since the visitor is usually here to solve a real, time-sensitive problem.
Relocation content is dense by nature — visas, housing, banking, healthcare — so the priority here was information architecture: a clear hierarchy that gets a stressed, time-pressed visitor to the right answer with as few detours as possible.
The platform is built for speed and clarity across devices, since a large share of visitors are researching on the move, often on a phone, often between other tasks in the middle of an actual move abroad.
Content is organized by the life event driving the visit — moving, banking, healthcare, paperwork — rather than by internal department or service category, because that's how someone actually searches when they're mid-relocation and don't yet know the right terminology for what they need.
The visual design stays deliberately calm: muted tones and generous whitespace instead of the high-urgency styling common in relocation-services marketing, on the theory that a stressed visitor is better served by a page that feels organized than one that feels like it's selling.
